The Company is seeking additional sources of debt financing other than additional convertible notes payable issued by a related party.

Morgan Stanley upgraded the world's biggest supplier of maritime satellite services to overweight from equal weight, meaning that investors should hold more of the shares than are represented in benchmark indexes. Morgan Stanley said the outlook for the company's core business has improved.
